We’re heading back to Flight Club, Birmingham, for our next Staff Social event!

At Coinadrink, we’ve always believed that a happy team is a strong team. We spend a lot of time working hard together, so it’s just as important to take a step back, relax, and enjoy each other’s company in a different setting.

That’s why we’re so excited to announce that this September, we’ll be heading back to Flight Club in Birmingham for our second staff social event!

For those who follow us on social media including LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram, you’ll know it was a day to remember. Friendly competition, plenty of laughter, and stories that were still being told months later! It wasn’t just an afternoon of darts. It was an afternoon of connection, fun, and a well-deserved break from the daily grind.

Now we’re ready to do it all over again. The invites have been sent, the buzz is already building, and we know this will be another brilliant day for our team to come together outside the workplace. From enjoying great food and drinks to some competitive fun, we’re looking forward to making more memories that keep our culture strong.

Why do we do this? Because it matters. Little things like this remind us that work is about people, not just processes. A positive team environment doesn’t happen by accident – it’s built on trust, shared experiences, and a few laughs along the way.
