How often do I have water delivered?
Generally speaking, as and when you need it. You can contact us to place a new order or go on a blanket order based on your anticipated usage, which will be monitored by our team and adjusted to suit over time. Our customer care team are always here to help.
Can I change the delivery slot if needed?
We will always try and accommodate where possible. Speak to a member of our team.
How far do you deliver?
If we are able to provide a water service to your business, then we will always be able to provide bottled water delivery. View our operated areas to see if your postcode is covered. We can occasionally accommodate businesses further afield but this would need to be discussed with our team.
How good is the quality of water?
Very! We’re very selective about the water brands we work with, ensuring that we’re finding the best, fresh, filtered spring water to provide our customers with. What’s more, the water filters on your bottled water cooler further ensure you’re drinking the best quality water.
What is your recycling policy?
Our water bottles can be collected and reused for a deposit.
