We have three people undertaking sales apprenticeship courses through Coinadrink, and the final one you we get to hear from is our Telesales and Customer Care representative Sam Wheeler. Like her colleagues, Sam is approaching the end of her course and the past 18 months or so have delivered a great experience that Sam has definitely benefitted from.
Moving on with our latest round of apprenticeship updates, next up is our IT Support apprentice Jack Westwood. You were first introduced to Jack as part of our “meet the team” updates last month, with Jack being one of our new starters for 2o22.
Jack works in our IT department and is thriving between his learning and the in-house experience he is getting.
We now talk to our Digital Marketing Specialist Alistair Ward, who shares his latest update on the sales apprenticeship course he is undertaking alongside colleagues Julie Jones and Sam Wheeler.
Being on the same course, Alistair is naturally in a similar position to both Julie and Sam, the former of which we spoke to last week. But as the apprenticeship rolls towards its end, how has Alistair found the past 18 months and do his thoughts differ to those of his colleagues?
After speaking to Julie Jones earlier this week, next up is our management apprentice Simran Salan. Simran is currently undertaking a four year Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship (CMDA) course with University College Birmingham, with the support of Coinadrink Limited, the vending machine company.
Just like with the rest of our apprentices, it has been a while since you heard from Simran and a lot has changed since we last spoke to her. In fact, she is now approaching the end of her course, which means she is able to provide us with a valuable insight into how she has found the experience with the support of Coinadrink.
The last few months have seen stories shared from our new starters here at Coinadrink Limited, the vending machine company. But amongst the introductions we didn’t want to forget about the ongoing apprenticeship stories we last brought to you in 2021.

Julie Jones is just one of our team members enrolled onto a sales apprenticeship. As the course nears its end, we got Julie’s final thoughts as to how she has found the experience.

Here, we sat down with Sam to get her latest thoughts on how the course is progressing. Sam is really happy that she has challenged herself with what is expected of her, and absolutely feels all the better for it.
Let us re-introduce you to Simran Salan, who joined Coinadrink Limited a few years on an ongoing Chartered Management Degree Apprenticeship Level 6 (CMDA). Last time we spoke to Simran it was three months ago, and she was really enjoying what was expected of her.
We have now caught up with her again to get her latest thoughts. We asked how the apprenticeship was continuing to develop amongst the challenges that Covid-19 has brought, such as whether she can distinguish a positive difference to her both professionally and personally since she started.
Julie Jones is Coinadrink’s dedicated Customer and Business Development Administrator and does a wonderful job in making sure our customers are happy with the service we are providing. She is a crucial team member here at Coinadrink.
Like Alistair Ward, whose update you can read about from yesterday, Julie is currently enrolled on a sales apprenticeship course put forward by Coinadrink Limited. In this latest update, three months after her last, Julie details how she continues to find the course and what she has found most insightful.
