Our operated service, available on all floorstanding equipment, means we will maintain, replenish and service your equipment when you need us to. That doesn’t mean you have to chase us, it just means we know when we need to attend your premises and will do so automatically, following any guidelines or requests you have for us.
Replenishment is handled by our team of operators, who follow bespoke technology to Coinadrink that details real-time purchasing habits in your machine or Micro Market.
This means we know exactly what products need replenishing and when, whether it’s your coffee beans or a particular chocolate or protein bar. It also helps us to meet our corporate social responsibility goals by only carrying what we need to on our vehicles.
To keep your availability fresh, we do often add new products that we think you’ll enjoy based off your existing selection, but we still prioritise product requests and will always offer what you want. This even includes dietary requirements and lifestyle choices, such as vegan-friendly items.
And for water cooler customers, they can enjoy regular sanitisation as part of their agreement. We also offer an optional bottle recycling and replenishment service if you have a bottled water cooler.
Whilst part of the selection process on our equipment is reliability, no vending machine supplier can ever guarantee zero faults or downtime. What we can do is get you up and running again as quickly as we can if faults occur.
Just like with your initial enquiry, we make it simple to log a service call with us and we are up to date with all the latest trends. Our in-house team have designed bespoke QR codes fitted to the front of your equipment that just requires you to scan and fill in a few details, or you can log into our customer portal and alert us that way.

Service calls are then filtered through to our team of engineers, who will be at your premises in less than 2 hours from call-out. This is the fastest time in the industry. We boast a 98% first time fix rate on all equipment from the last few years, though if we do have to return then we will do so promptly and always keep you updated.
