Congratulating our employees on a successful sales apprenticeship course!
Coinadrink Limited has a long-standing apprenticeship programme that is implemented as part of our commitment to investing in our own staff’s potential.
We are delighted to share the positive news that Julie Jones and Alistair Ward have now completed their Level 4 Sales Apprenticeship course in partnership with Nine Dots Development.
A background to the sales apprenticeship course.
Julie, our Customer and Business Development Administrator, and Alistair, our Digital Marketing Specialist, enrolled onto the course back in February 2021.
At the time, both team members were working in our marketing department. The sales course was proposed as a great opportunity to learn more about the value of customer relationships as part of the wider sales process.
Since the initial induction, Julie and Alistair have undertaken six modules via virtual workshops and off-the-job learning. This concluded with an extensive End Point Assessment in October 2022. Perhaps some of the highlights from the course included understanding the relationship between our organisation and the customer, and how our digital tools assist the sales process.
The course has been challenging for each individual but over the past 18 months the pair have gained crucial knowledge and understanding which in turn has boosted their own confidence.
Overall, it has been a very beneficial apprenticeship course. Both Julie and Alistair’s pass grades are just rewards for their efforts.
Coinadrink’s apprenticeship programme.
For Coinadrink Limited the West Midlands vending machine operator, our team members are at the heart of operations and crucial to our long-standing success.
From flexible working opportunities to paying what we can afford instead of what we can get away with, we have always tried to give back to our team who are responsible for our extensive success.
Our apprenticeship programme has always been well received. There are few things more valuable than the opportunity to open your mind and learn a new skill or process.
Those in managerial positions regularly scour fresh opportunities for team members in their department but we also welcome individuals own input if they uncover a course or plan that they believe would be worthwhile.
Our apprenticeship programme is open to all employees, regardless of how long they’ve been with us or what stage of their career they’re at.
How our commitment is recognised.
We invest in our staff and make sure we’re a good company to work for because we believe it is the right thing to do. This commitment hasn’t gone unnoticed by those outside of the business.
Coinadrink has held the Investors in People accreditation for a number of years, a prestigious sign of recognition that has since been upgraded to Gold standard. This recognises companies that go the extra mile for their staff.
Audits are undertaken every two years and judges have always been impressed by what we do and offer for our team. Our apprenticeship programme has always been appreciated with long-standing recognition.
From everyone at Coinadrink and our divisions, we want to say a big congratulations to Julie and Alistair once again.
