A commitment to our people, our practices and our customers…

It gives me great pleasure to be able to update you on some important reaccreditations here at Coinadrink and a personal appointment.

Firstly, we are over the moon to have retained our Investors in People Gold accreditation. We have been long-term advocates for measuring how our staff think of us as an employer and continuously look at ways that we can make Coinadrink a better place to work.

This in turn leads to our team delivering a better service to our customers.

To have retained our Gold accreditation during such an economically turbulent time for people makes me proud that the measures we have taken to look after our team have been well received. The process really leaves no stone unturned, which is exactly why we do it, to get the most honest and constructive feedback.

Secondly, we have recently gone through audits for our Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental certifications. Again, I am pleased to say we successfully navigated the audit and proudly hold the ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 accreditations.

These certifications are a real commitment from us to our staff and customers that we have the right procedures and policies in place to deliver a great service and when something does go wrong, that we action corrective measures effectively and efficiently.

On a final note, I am very proud to have been nominated to join the board of our trade association The Vending & Automated Retail Association as an Operator representative, running alongside my current position on the Environmental Committee.

It gives me a wonderful opportunity to help develop the future of an industry that I am extremely passionate about, push for best practices and help make positive changes to the way the vending industry works.

For our customers I hope this shows a real dedication to you and the service we provide you, that we are right at the forefront of our industry and striving to make ourselves, our competitors and our suppliers better.

As a collective, this news emphasises our ongoing commitment to our people, our customers, our community, and the wider vending industry. We are passionate about raising each and every benchmark.
