Remember when we announced before Christmas that ‘My Coinadrink’ was in development? We’re now excited to say that some aspects of the portal are now on trial, and customers have the option as to whether they want to take part in its progress and contribute to its growing evolution.
How can My Coinadrink be of benefit to you?
Right from when we revealed our new website last June, we always intended to further streamline our customer service efforts by introducing a customer portal as part of it. The portal would allow current customers to log into their account and view key information; such as invoices, delivery dates and preferences. Not only would this create a more personalised experience, but it would also improve efficiency within the business by providing information to the customer almost instantly, as opposed to sending it out through the post.
In addition, My Coinadrink enables the customer to place service calls online quickly and easily. As we have emphasised numerous times before, customer service is an aspect of our business that we take very seriously. It is one of the key reasons as to why we consider ourselves as ‘more’ than just a vending company. In our eyes, developing new ways for the customer to contact us regarding their machine or service is always a good thing, hence why we have also recently introduced new QR readers for our vending machines.
In order to make My Coinadrink as practical and as convenient as possible, we identified a way to limit certain aspects of the portal to specific departments should you require it. For example, you may only need the finance department to have access to your invoices. We can make sure this is the case. With My Coinadrink, we make sure your vending experience is as straightforward as possible from all angles.
My Coinadrink is on trial now!
As part of the trial, we have allowed our customers to have access to the invoice section. To date, we have distributed over 70 invoices already and have received some excellent feedback in the process. Customers received an email prompting them to head to the website and log in, though this can be done simply by heading straight to the site anyway. If you haven’t yet received an email but want to be part of this exciting trial, then you can request to do so by emailing email@example.com. We will then sort out the rest.
We are extremely grateful for the enthusiasm already shown to get on board with this, as well as the feedback we have received. It’s fantastic to see our customers willing to take part in the growth of what will be an extremely important and popular aspect of the way we operate. My Coinadrink is still on trial at the moment and not yet the finished article, so we will be adding more features to the portal over time that you can potentially get on board with during the early stages.
