This either retains or improves upon the figures we have seen in previous years, which is by no means an easy feat. Our field based engineers are in the best possible position to adhere to our promised two hour response time – the fastest in the industry – and work closely with our service desk and customer care department to get you up, running and vending in no time at all.
Part of our operated service, should you choose it, is to both maintain and replenish your vending machine at scheduled intervals. Our operators are once again field based, which means they are in a great position to tend to your needs in the quickest possible time. Will our customer care results go one better for 2019?
Whilst we are very proud of our results for 2018, it must be said that will never become complacent. It’s very easy to let standards drop if you don’t keep your eye on the ball, so we never do. We hope to maintain the customer results for 2019 at the very least, though it would be great to go one better and achieve the 100%. With a dedicated workforce, we wouldn’t be at all surprised if this will be the case.
