It’s that time of the year again: the announcement of this year’s customer survey results. Continuing the long-standing trend, we saw some strong figures for 2017, which is just reward for the sales and service team that we have here at Coinadrink.
With regards to our service calls and service requests, customers were 99% satisfied that they were handled in a timely and efficient manner. 98% of people said that they were satisfied with our service plan, while 99% of people said they would recommend us if asked by a colleague!
We are very proud of our results, and we thank our customers who took the time to send their completed surveys back to us. As mentioned when we originally sent them out, we pledged to donate £5 to Acorns Children’s Hospice per one we received back, so we’re pleased the organisation will benefit from our behalf.
I know it’s a phrase that gets thrown around a lot, but customer service really is very important to us here. We have a firm customer-centric approach, and the customer care surveys go a long way in telling us what we’re doing well and where we need to improve.
