Today is ‘Get to Know Your Customers Day‘, a recurring event that is held on the third Thursday of each January, April, July and October. You may remember the days when most companies were locally operated and knew their customers one by one, but with the introduction of the internet & businesses operating on a wider scale, businesses have lost their personal touch somewhat.
