When you’re an advanced vending company with a customer-centric approach like what we have, positive customer care results are almost to be expected. But thanks to a committed team that consistently push the boundaries for our customers, we never rest on our laurels. So you can image how chuffed we were to see some excellent customer care results once again for 2018!

And just like that, 2018 is almost over. In similar fashion to 2017, 16 and all those before, another year has whizzed by in the blink of an eye. This year has seen new vending machine additions, charitable updates and special days and between each and everyone, 2018 has been a fantastic year for both the company and the vending industry. One that we can all be proud of.
We always love hearing about updates to our chosen charities that we support. Acorns Children’s Hospice provide care and support to life limited and life threatened children and their families, within three hospices situated around the West Midlands. In the past year their support has extended to over 870 children and more than 1,140 families, but they need the continued support of the public in order to carry on. In fact, the charity requires nearly £10m every year just to operate! That’s a lot of money…
Today is ‘Get to Know Your Customers Day‘, a recurring event that is held on the third Thursday of each January, April, July and October. You may remember the days when most companies were locally operated and knew their customers one by one, but with the introduction of the internet & businesses operating on a wider scale, businesses have lost their personal touch somewhat. Coinadrink Ltd have always done things a little differently. Knowing and understanding our customers is the least we expect of ourselves, in order to maintain the premium level of service that our history has largely been built on.
It’s that time of the year again: the announcement of this year’s customer survey results. Continuing the long-standing trend, we saw some strong figures for 2017, which is just reward for the sales and service team that we have here at Coinadrink.
With regards to our service calls and service requests, customers were 99% satisfied that they were handled in a timely and efficient manner. 98% of people said that they were satisfied with our service plan, while 99% of people said they would recommend us if asked by a colleague!

‘Get to know your customer’s day’ is something that always catches our eye. Our customers are extremely important to us at Coinadrink, and their trust means everything to us. We work hard to satisfy their demands with quality refreshments, and pledge to offer a standard of service that goes beyond the norm. It’s just one of the reasons why we’ve enjoyed 55 years of unparalleled success, but we’re always on the lookout for ways to improve. Customer service doesn’t stand still, which means neither do we.

Many’s the success story that has an inauspicious beginning and the story of Sue Loftus’ wonderful career at Coinadrink is one of them. She started with us in April 1994; but it might have been earlier: ‘The first time I applied for a job, I was turned down’, she says. ‘It was second time lucky for me.’
