  • I’m not sure what I require. Can you help me decide?

Absolutely. We have over 57 years’ experience in making workplace refreshments work for all businesses, and we use our experience to make tailored recommendations.

  • I don’t have a water source. Will this be a problem?

Much of our equipment doesn’t require a water source and we can offer hand filled coffee machines as well as plumbed-in. We also supply bottled water dispensers.

  • How does the maintenance and/or replenishment work?

We can offer an operated agreement on our floorstanding hot drinks machines which, if selected, means we take care of maintenance and replenishment for you. We also provide regular sanitisation on all water dispensers, where we sanitise contact parts of your dispenser here on site.

  • What about service?

If you take out an operated or service agreement, our field-based engineers aim to be at your workplace within 2 hours of you first calling into our service desk.

  • I want to make money from my vending machine. Can I do this?

Yes. Our sales team will be able to explain how this works.

  • Who do I contact if there is an issue with my equipment?

Tabletop

Our line of tabletop hot drinks machines meticuously cater for smaller workplaces or workplaces that are short on space. Cutting edge technology is hidden behind a sharp, slender design, and there’s a machine to suit all requirements.

It is arguably the tabletop that emphasises just how far the vending industry has come over the years. Take the Kalea. A touch-screen selection system paves the way for truly authentic coffee, further intensified using fresh milk alongside fresh coffee beans. And with a classy design, this is the coffee shop brought closer to home. And you can enjoy a contactless coffee experience with specific tabletop machines!

If you don’t need your coffee machine to leave quite an impression of that scale, there’s the opposite end of the spectrum. The Flavia 500 and Vitro S1 can be hand filled and take advantage of instant ingredients, but deliver consistently reliable hot drinks from a slender image. The former uses sachets for maximum quality and maximum hygiene, and is effortlessly quick and simple to use.

Our water dispensers encourage healthy hydration in the workplace, with sharp designs and beautifully clear drinking water on demand.

We offer both plumbed-in (or mains-fed) and bottled water dispensers depending on your business and your requirements. Whilst they differ in design and function, both remain parallel in providing a focal point for keeping your workforce hydrated.

Our mains-fed dispensers are ideal for larger workplaces that require higher usage, and our line up of Borg dispensers remain a great choice. With contemporary designs and advanced features that include large dispense areas and touch-sensitive dispense systems.

Then there are our bottled dispensers, which are an ideal entry point. Taking advantage of filtered bottles, bottled water dispensers utilise a push button for a simple dispense that’s straightforward and reliable.

All of our specialist water equipment comes with a maintenance agreement that ensures of maximum hygiene and you now enjoy water coolers with a contactless dispense. We sanitise all contact parts of your dispenser here on site and replace them with clean parts in the meantime, which minimises downtime.
