Absolutely. We have over 57 years’ experience in making workplace refreshments work for all businesses, and we use our experience to make tailored recommendations. Our sales team will listen to your requirements, ask lots of questions, assess the space you have available and recommend the best solution for you and your business.
· Can I charge for drinks from my machine?
Yes. Our tabletop coffee machines can be fitted with a range of payment solutions including cash, card and token systems.
· How long will it take for my equipment to be installed?
All of our equipment has a typical lead time of 4-6 weeks from the point of sale or the contract being signed. We aim to install your equipment at a date and time that will cause minimum hassle or inconvenience.
· How do I order new stock for my machine?
Our premium tabletop coffee machines provide you with the flexibility to use your own ingredients if you want to. You can stock up on all products using our online Refreshment Shop, either by calling in to our Customer Support department on 01922 748007 or by visiting www.refreshmentshop.co.uk.
· Who is responsible for the maintenance of my equipment?
We will provide full in-depth training on your fresh milk machine at the point of install, which will include how to clean your machine, how to fill your machine and how to deal with basic troubleshooting issues. If you encounter a problem that you require assistance with, simply contact our service department on 01922 725577 and we will arrange for an engineer to attend.
