A good leader recognises the value of employee perks to keep their staff both happy and productive at work. Throughout the last 18 months employee requirements have altered and they’re now more important than ever. It is these perks that could help attract teams back to the workplace and more importantly, make them feel comfortable there.
The latest update from our apprentices comes courtesy of Sam Wheeler, who is our Telesales and Customer Care team member here at Coinadrink Limited. Like Alistair Ward and Julie Jones, who you have also heard from this week, Sam has enrolled onto a sales apprenticeship as a way to boost her knowledge and skillset and to help her in her role.
Here, we sat down with Sam to get her latest thoughts on how the course is progressing. Sam is really happy that she has challenged herself with what is expected of her, and absolutely feels all the better for it.
Let us re-introduce you to Simran Salan, who joined Coinadrink Limited a few years on an ongoing Chartered Management Degree Apprenticeship Level 6 (CMDA). Last time we spoke to Simran it was three months ago, and she was really enjoying what was expected of her.
We have now caught up with her again to get her latest thoughts. We asked how the apprenticeship was continuing to develop amongst the challenges that Covid-19 has brought, such as whether she can distinguish a positive difference to her both professionally and personally since she started.
Julie Jones is Coinadrink’s dedicated Customer and Business Development Administrator and does a wonderful job in making sure our customers are happy with the service we are providing. She is a crucial team member here at Coinadrink.
Like Alistair Ward, whose update you can read about from yesterday, Julie is currently enrolled on a sales apprenticeship course put forward by Coinadrink Limited. In this latest update, three months after her last, Julie details how she continues to find the course and what she has found most insightful.
You were first introduced to Alistair Ward, Coinadrink Limited’s Digital Marketing Specialist, back in February for National Apprenticeship Week 2021. Alistair had only just enrolled on his sales apprenticeship course back then, before sharing an update of how it was progressing three months later.
Three months down the line again, we caught up with him again to see if there is anything else he is able to share. To date, the entire course has taken place during the ongoing pandemic, so we were particularly keen to explore how he has dealt with this challenge and alternative ways of working and studying.
Traditionally speaking, the idea of going to work was never supposed to be fun. It’s still true today that the main reason why we go to work probably won’t be because we enjoy it, but how important is it for your employees to enjoy what they do? Studies show that it’s very important, for both the employee and your company.
Around the same time as International Charity Day, we have just received the latest update from our friends at Just Small Change, a charity we have long supported.
Just Small Change works in some of the poorest parts of the world to help people escape poverty through small scale loans for business development. Not only does this help deliver a better life but does so in a way that also restores pride and purpose for the individuals and families. The following update from Coinadrink Limited is the first we have received post-Covid, so we’re happy to hear from the charity.
It’s now common knowledge that you need to provide workplace perks to your staff if you want to create the right kind of culture for them to thrive. Stats show that workplace refreshments are a great option, but with such a hectic schedule you need a solution that’s as much convenient as it is cost-effective.
West Midlands vending company Coinadrink Limited can help. We have been overhauling workplaces up and down the region since 1962 and promise to make vending work for all businesses with a huge range of high-quality equipment and industry leading customer service.
The latest Workforce Confidence Index shows most UK professionals expect to return to offices in the next six months, albeit in a hybrid form. There are lots of pull factors, but millennials are proving a big stumbling block to this plan. Arguably more so than anyone else, they are weighing up the pros and cons and need to see clear advantages of a return to the office.
With such a high proportion of UK employees falling into this millennial category, CEO’s and leaders must explore what would tempt this group of people back. How can you adapt your workplace to meet their demands and requirements?
Coinadrink Limited the vending machine company takes a look.
World Humanitarian Day is a global celebration of people helping people. The theme for 2021 is centred around the impact of climate change and how that is destroying homes, livelihoods and even lives, but the general idea is how we can come together in support of those who need it most.
Coinadrink Limited shares a similar ethos through our support of the Just Small Change charity. Just Small Change operates abroad in some of the poorest parts of the world. We have supported the organisation for some time now, so on World Humanitarian Day we just thought we’d remind you of our efforts and why we do it.
