We all know the importance of hydration, but there’s more to it than just drinking the appropriate amount. The quality of the water that you’re drinking is arguably just as important, and this is where the tap in your kitchen significantly lets you down. While it may be the most convenient way to keep hydrated, research and tests have shown that tap water contains up to 2100 different substances that you really don’t want to be consuming. This summer, relieve your staff from such an archaic form of refreshment, and install a water cooler in your workplace.
Regarded as the greatest sporting event there is, the World Cup is a special occasion that brings together 32 nations for a month of none stop football, and it’s finally upon us. Tonight will see England begin their campaign with their first group stage game against Tunisia, before concluding their scheduled fixtures against Panama and Belgium in a bid to qualify for the knockout stages. It’s safe to say that we don’t usually impress on the grand stage, but this year could see a surprise boost to our chances. Mate tea, anyone?
Every employer craves a higher productivity level from their staff, but it doesn’t just happen by magic. Even maintaining a high level is just as tricky if your workplace is lacking in certain facilities, so it’s important to remember that a greater work-rate starts with the employer, not the employee. Make your workplace a positive environment that your staff are happy to work in, such as with the addition of refreshment solutions, and productivity may just take care of itself.
We understand the importance of workplace refreshments on productivity, and our services are centralised around the wellbeing of your workforce. From our innovative Micro Market to our advanced line of vending machines and water coolers, we make it easy for your business to enjoy quality refreshments throughout the working day. We also encourage break times throughout the day, as they are a great way to relax with colleagues away from the stress at their desk.
Sandwiches. Whether it’s for lunch, dinner or a just as a little snack, they’re incredibly popular all over the world. Over time the sandwich has even extended to further creations, such as baguettes, paninis and rolls, and the simple method of adding a filling between two slices of bread has been a satisfying treat for generations. The British sandwich has long been a revolution, but how exactly did it come about, and what exactly do we provide for our customers?
As you know, Just Small Change is a microfinance charity that supports some of the poorest parts of the world. Peter and Jane Donaghue founded the organisation in 2011 and we are proud to call the couple as firm friends of ours. We are equally proud to support the charity, and we have donated to the organisation through lots of varied ways including a percentage of the money raised from the sales of our bottled water. We are always pleased to hear of success stories from the charity, and we’re delighted to now present another positive update from Kisumu in Kenya.

Did you know that April is National Stress Month? We’ve noticed a lot of companies highlighting this on social media recently, and the point of this blog post is to emphasise the matter further. We all feel a little bit stressed from time to time, but it’s important to ensure it doesn’t escalate into something that is a lot more serious. We must highlight that we are not here to delve into the sensitive depths of mental health issues, and we only wish to inform and educate the reader of the issues that surround this concerning topic.
Charity work is engrained into Coinadrink’s DNA, and we have worked with some excellent organisations throughout our 55 year history. Acorns Children’s Hospice is who we are currently working with, and we have already raised considerable funds over the years. Now, we are delighted to say that we have added a whopping £4000 to our overall figure, thanks to the money we raised from our recent party night in January.
