Welcome to the Coinadrink Limited team…Louise Walton!

The new starters at Coinadrink Limited the vending machine company just keep on coming! In this edition we meet one of our new Route Merchandisers’ Louise Walton, who joined us on the 9^th of May.

Get to know Louise both in and out of work, as we grabbed 15 minutes with her to find out more.

Louise joined Coinadrink after seeking a career change from her role working for a local vape company. She was exploring a different kind of challenge working less hours that would allow her to spend more time with family.

It was on the 9^th of May that her career with Coinadrink Limited began, operating a huge number of vending machines on our Birmingham route with the help of her colleagues. It has certainly been the challenge Louise was looking for, but one that she is thoroughly enjoying.

Being a Route Merchansider, Louise is tasked with a variety of responsibilities, from stocking and driving the company vans to replenishing the vending machines on our customers’ premises.

Whilst Louise was still in training when we spoke to her, you can tell that she is becoming more confident in her role and is understanding the important part our operators play in providing our high level of service and support to our customers.

She acknowledges that the way we operate here is extremely fast paced, though her increasing level of confidence has been encouraged by colleagues who, in Louise’s own words, are very friendly and extremely supportive.

It sounded to us like Louise was settling very well into Coinadrink’s “family-type” culture where we all pull together in support of one another!

Away from the office (and the road!), Louise is very keen on photography, and has not long treated herself to a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra smartphone where she has been able to capture some excellent photos.

These are shared with her family, who Louise adores spending time with.
