We have proudly retained our Investors in People Gold accreditation!

Those who follow our social media channels will know this already, but for those who don’t we didn’t want to miss the opportunity to share our fantastic news!

Coinadrink Limited the vending machine company is proud to announce that we have recently retained our Investors in People Gold accreditation, emphasising the commitment we show to our employees.

If you weren’t aware, Investors in People is a nationally approved accreditation that began the movement towards better workplaces in 1990. The accreditation aims to make work better by putting people first to build a stronger, healthier, and happier society.

The Gold standard goes even further. Around 17% of organisations with the Investors in People accreditation have had it upgraded to Gold standard.

Having held the Investors in People Gold accreditation for several years now, the criteria and surrounding circumstances with Covid meant it was tougher than ever to retain it. So, you can imagine how delighted we were when that’s exactly what we did.

A couple of months ago we were told our good news following a detailed audit and we haven’t stopped smiling since! Not just because of the achievement itself, but also because it shows that even challenging circumstances like the past 12 months won’t hamper the commitment we show to our employees.

You’ve probably heard us say before that our team are the heartbeat of Coinadrink Limited. Without their hard work, passion, and dedication towards our company values, we’d be nothing. Our Investors in People Gold accreditation has always proved that their efforts don’t go unnoticed.

We go the extra mile to make sure our team are happy in their work and that they feel proud to work for our company. Such areas include an approved apprenticeship programme where staff of all ages can bolster their skills and learning, being respectful of a work-life balance, and paying our staff what we can afford as opposed to what we can get away with.

Of course, our good news means good news for our customers, too. We’re firm believers that a happy workforce means a productive workforce, which is why we can deliver service-related promises that our competitors cannot. Our staff have helped us to acquire our formidable reputation as a leading vending machine company.

Moving forward, we certainly won’t rest on our laurels and will strive to keep improving our company culture for the benefit of our team.
