Recipe Of The Week – Exotic Breeze

2cl passion fruit syrup 1883
12cl mango nectar
6cl cranberry juice
1 lime quarter

Method:
Pour the syrup and nectar into an ice-filled tumbler. Stir with a spoon, then add ice and the cranberry juice. Squeeze the lime quarter and place it in the glass. Add a stirrer and garnish with half a passion fruit, a raspberry and a mint sprig.

Recipe Of The Week – Cherry Danish

1 Pump Sweetbird Eggnog syrup
2 Pumps Sweetbird Cherry syrup
1 Pump Sweetbird French Vanilla syrup
Steamed Milk
Whipped Cream

Method:

Combine the eggnog syrup and 1 pump of the cherry syrup with steamed milk. Finish with a dollap of cream flavoured with the french vanilla syrup and drizzle the remaining cherry syrup over.

Recipe of the Week – Caramel Chocolate Truffle Latte

1x Pump Sweetbird Caramel Sauce
1x Pump Sweetbird Chocolate Sauce
2x Pumps Sweetbird Amaretto syrup
Steamed Milk
Shot of Espresso

Method:
Combine espresso, sauces and syrup.
Top with milk and drizzle with a little extra sauce and chocolate chippings.
