Promise Dreams – complete something that will go a lot further than just 9 miles

The last one was a huge success, and the next one will be here before you know it; the Promise Dreams annual walk. Arriving this year on Sunday 13th September, you can help raise a lot of money for seriously and terminally ill children…and help make their dreams come true. The walk is 9 miles which may seem far but in reality, your help extends much, much further than that.

British Water Cooler Association – Point of Use Water Cooler

Regardless of the season, water coolers are the perfect choice for the ultimate refreshment in the office. Drinking water has many benefits that include higher concentration levels and higher alertness which can only mean positive things for a business. However nobody likes just any old water and there is little revival in tap water when water coolers offer top class levels at deliciously cold temperatures.

The options for water coolers are endless and while it can seem a real chore in finding the very best for your business, retrieving one with the British Water Cooler Association (BWCA) labelling will ensure you have one of the best in the business. Safety and quality are one of the primary priorities from all members of the BWCA so you won’t find yourself frustrated when it often breaks down. And with the knowledgeable and friendly staff on hand to help, they’ll have you up and running in no time even if things do show signs of fatigue.

BWCA members also regard the environment as a high priority at a time when everyone realises the upmost importance of doing so. As well as all the coolers meeting the guidelines in maintaining the environment, BWCA take things a step further with the correct disposal of machines once they reach the end of their life. No materials are simply thrown away and instead are recycled into related products, while they follow all the correct procedures on the safe disposal of the coolers.

With BWCA registered point of use water coolers, you won’t be left wanting for anything including that delicious ice cool refreshment for when you really need it most.

Today is ‘Wear it pink day’ (24th October)

wear it pink

Featuring during the month dedicated to Cancer Awareness, ‘wear it pink’ is a fantastic day that helps gain lots of money in the hope that one day, we will beat Cancer! Set up in 2002, it has raised a whopping £13.2 million pounds by encouraging everyone to donate £2 for spending the day wearing pink! In the hope that it will raise awareness for the need to improve diagnosis, treatment, prevention and cure, it is not uncommon for schools, businesses and universities to take part in the scheme which helped raise a record £2.2 million in the year 2011. The mission now is to try and beat that in 2014…

Coinadrink staff will enjoy wearing pink today to help support this great cause!
