Recipe of the week – Classic Mocha

* 3 x Pumps Sweetbird Chocolate Sauce
* Double hot espresso
* Steamed milk
Method: Put sauce in cup.
Add double shot of espresso and mix well.
Top up with steamed milk.
Drizzle with chocolate sauce or sprinkle with cocoa to finish.
