Promise Dreams – complete something that will go a lot further than just 9 miles

The last one was a huge success, and the next one will be here before you know it; the Promise Dreams annual walk. Arriving this year on Sunday 13^th September, you can help raise a lot of money for seriously and terminally ill children…and help make their dreams come true. The walk is 9 miles which may seem far but in reality, your help extends much, much further than that.

Promise Dreams are a registered charity that have been around since 2001 and are devoted to helping sick children as well as their worried families. Some of the illnesses these children have are both tragic and heartbreaking yet it’s incredible to see the strength they have in aiming to enjoy life no matter the tasks they face. We feel it’s time to give something back and ultimately, help out.
For some, a dream can be a holiday that offers the child and their family a break from their stressful lives; though for others it can be something as simple as a piece of equipment needed to help manage their everyday lives. That may seem small to me and you but for them, it’s massive. And Promise Dreams are committed to help.
Since they established, the charity has raised in excess of £2,000,000 and more than 1,250 children have seen their magical wishes come true.  They don’t want to stop there however, so by signing up to complete the latest walk you can help make the difference even greater.
