Party Night 2018
Saturday 27th January 2018 saw us celebrate our 55th birthday in style. Party night was a fantastic event that was enjoyed by all, with great entertainment, great food and great company.
Hosted at The National Motor Cycle Museum, staff and their families, both past and present and suppliers made for over 300 guests, and everyone looked amazing when they gathered together in the foyer for welcome drinks at 7pm.
The chefs served up a grand four course meal, and the entertainment for the evening was absolutely fantastic. It was lovely to see so many people in such a jovial mood, especially on the dancefloor!
Etched around the buoyant atmosphere was a feeling of pride and gratitude. In many ways, the whole reason for party night was a way to say, ‘thank you’. A key reason for our longevity is creating some fantastic relationships with some very special people, and we are forever grateful for this.
It starts at home, with our hard-working staff. We are very much a family here at Coinadrink, and the close-knit atmosphere is something our customers buy into and enjoy. Their hard work and dedication on a day to day basis never goes unnoticed, and the same can be said for their loyalty to the company.
In addition to our staff, we also want to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to our suppliers for financing the entire evening. They did so as a token of their gratitude for our loyalty over the last 5 years, and we are extremely grateful for their generosity. We have formed some solid relationships with our suppliers, and it was great to see so many friends in attendance.
In addition to conveying our gratitude, the platform for party night was to raise money for two excellent charities. We have been supporting Acorns Children’s Hospice and Just Small Change for a while, and a dedicated prize draw and auction saw some fantastic prizes won for a great cause.
These included a Red-Letter Day experience, an iPad and a £200 high street voucher to name just a few, while the auction was for a luxury table for two at The Ritz Hotel in London. Congratulations to all the winners!
Once again, it is a very big thank you to everyone who helped make the night a success. Here’s to the next 55 years!
