Recipe of the week – Black Forest Frappe

With prospects of a warm and sunny weekend why not relax and enjoy this delicious Black Forest Frappe.

* 2 Pumps of Sweetbird Cherry Syrup
* 1 Pump of Sweetbird Amaretto Syrup
* 1 Scoop chocolate frappe powder
* Milk
* Ice
* Professional blender


Fill cup with ice and top up with milk.
Pour into a blender, add syrups and frappe powder.
Blend until smooth.
Pour, serve and enjoy.

Its time to sign up for this year’s walk and help to make a difference to seriously & terminally ill children whilst having an amazing day of fun at the same time. Join the Promise Deams team on Sunday 21st September with your friends, colleagues and family members.

The walk will start from Himley Hall  then you’ll leave Himley and head out towards the village of Wombourne.

As you head off up the Penn Road passing various Wolverhampton landmarks on your way…including a few pubs & the golden arches in case you need a stop off for “fuel”!

Recipe Of The Week – PEACHES ‘N’ CREAM

With reports of a scorching summer on the way why not quench your thirst with a delicious peaches ‘n’ cream smoothie

* Sweetbird Peach Smoothie
* 1 scoop Zuma Vanilla Bean frappé powder
* water
* Ice
* Professional blender

Method: Fill cup with ice, add 1/3 water and top up with smoothie. Pour into blender jar and add frappé powder. Blend until smooth and pour back into cup to serve.
