Coinadrink Limited is a West Midlands based vending company that embraces technology and innovation to provide an unrivalled service, though when it comes to communication, we still value the personal approach.
Throughout our 59-year history, we like to think that we have mastered the balance between progress and tradition.
We lead the way in innovation, from the advanced vending machines we offer to the bespoke technology that applies a scent of distinctiveness to our overall vending service.
From regular feedback (more on that later) we know that things like our pro-active replenishment service and machine QR codes are valuable to you. They make sure your machine is always fully stocked and help you reach us quicker should you need to.
Despite this, we know it’s not always a good thing to keep on innovating. Sometimes a classic, more traditional way of getting things done works just as well.
Perhaps it is because of our long serving staff, or maybe our MD who has remained at the helm ever since we were founded in 1962, but we firmly believe change isn’t always needed.
This is especially true when it comes to communication.
Service calls.
If you ever need to log a service call for your machine, our service desk is manned by an actual employee, one who is trained to our high standards in taking service calls and delegating them to our field-based engineers. We use a switchboard, yes, but only to put you in touch with the correct department.
We have been in business long enough to know that so many of you value an actual conversation with someone. It develops peace of mind that a problem is being dealt with. You don’t want the frustration of an automated switchboard, especially when you’re in a hurry and are forced to wait for your options.
Now, as we touched on earlier in this article, we know not everyone has the time to be ringing in full stop to report machine issues or downtime. That’s why we developed our own QR codes that make it seamless to report a fault to us through the camera on your phone.
For those who still prefer that personal approach, however, we make sure the option is there when so many other companies don’t. Service calls are a key aspect of the overall service.
A personal approach is the least you should expect with your vending company.
Orders.
Maybe you have a bottled water cooler from us and want to order another bottle when you’re running low, or maybe you’re in need of more coffee cups through our online wholesale store Refreshment Shop.
Either way, yet again, it is a member of our team who can manage it all for you.
Sure, Refreshment Shop makes it easy to order everything you need online, but we still have lots of customers who like to ring up and place their order over the phone. Some of you just like the peace of mind this brings, especially if it’s more of a complex order.
Unlike a lot of companies, we have a dedicated department who handle our orders. You will often find you always speak to the same person, which creates a personal approach that is so underappreciated in the modern world. We hold valuable relationships with customers to the point where we would even class them as friends of ours!
Customer care.
Lots of companies provide a half-hearted approach to customer care at best. Others you may not even hear from them throughout the lifetime of your agreement. We shudder at this approach and do things differently.
We have a dedicated customer care department that make it their duty to check in with you to ensure you’re happy with the vending machine service you are receiving. Rest assured, this is part of a pre-agreed schedule we have with you. We will never hassle you.
What it does mean, though, is you’re guaranteed a vending machine service that you are happy with, because you’ll always have the opportunity to talk to someone and leave your feedback. And again, just like when you order from us, you’ll often speak to the same person or people each time.
This builds a nice relationship, something we value dearly.
