Coinadrink Limited has won the Product Innovation Award from Best Practice UK for our outstanding refreshment solutions and service.

The award was also recognition of our commitment towards future developments, as we continue to innovate as a respected vending and refreshment operator.

We opened our doors in February 1962 and have been providing a trusted vending and refreshment service in and around the West Midlands ever since.

Alongside the long-standing personal touch that we know our customers appreciate, our service is driven through technology. Much of this is bespoke to us, meaning we create and continually enhance our systems to provide a reliable vending experience for the customers.

A pro-active approach to continuous improvement.

Our business leads the way in workplace refreshment solutions. Whilst we are primarily an operator of equipment, we are also no stranger to developing our own services.

Take the Micro Market, managed through our own Express Refreshments division. This is a self-service “refreshment hub” that is custom designed and built to suit your available space, before being managed with replenishment and maintenance thereafter.

Ideal for larger sites with a higher volume of staff, the Micro Market has accelerated in popularity since the Covid-19 pandemic. It is a futuristic facility that is totally unmanned, meaning products from fresh coffee to fresh and healthier food is available 24/7 for hybrid workers.

Many of our clients make the market central to a grand open space that has employee wellbeing at the heart. It has redesigned what you can expect from the modern workplace, with comfy seating, flat screen TVs, and more helping to provide a modern breakout area.

Working hard to deliver future innovation.

In addition to continually enhancing our existing solutions, we are working hard on introducing new services to further meet customer demand.

We won’t share too much at the moment, but having seen the potential in smart fridges we are currently exploring a way to develop a bespoke system that works in line with our own vision.

In short, a smart fridge will open up the possibility for users to select from a wide range of products stored in a locked fridge until selection and payment has been completed.

This would significantly elevate the convenience of unattended retail solutions that our business has always led the way in, so watch this space.
