Coinadrink holds three ISO accreditations.

ISO Accreditations

ISO is a non-governmental organisation that was founded in 1947. They provide and create standards for businesses in 165  countries worldwide whilst offering specifications and guidelines which help towards achieving them.  

Coinadrink Ltd have been awarded the following; ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety). These three standards support innovation and assist to advance business’ quality, safety and reliability. 

ISO 9001 (Quality)

ISO 9001 is the accreditation for quality management within the workplace. It is in place to ensure that products and services are produced to a high standard every time! There is continual improvement within our business to deliver a customer-orientated approach that is based around a pledge for quality.

We are not linked to one specific supplier so we can selectively choose the best machines to add to our range, therefore providing our customers with a variety of options to suit them. We also have staff members who help to train our operators when cleaning and servicing the machines. Regular checks are also done to ensure the training is being put to use and customers are getting the most out of their products.

Our machines are quality checked to make sure they provide a worry-free vending experience.
We hold the ISO 14001 accreditation for our pledge to the environment.

ISO 14001 (Environment)

ISO 14001 helps to ensure that organisations around the world are mindful about their environmental impact and what they can do to minimise waste. 

At Coinadrink it starts at the very beginning where we cherry pick the best, the most efficient and the most reliable machines to add to our range. All of our routes are planned as much for efficiency as they are for speed and company vehicles never contain more than what’s needed.

All of our staff are reminded of their responsibility to the environment and around site you will see designated recycling units for a variety of materials. We are also now using DS Smiths’ “coffee box”, which is a great way to recycle used paper coffee cups that otherwise would be thrown into landfill. 

ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety)

ISO 45001 is the accreditation for occupational health and safety within the workplace. We are very proud of the fact that Coinadrink was one of the first UK companies to be awarded with this accreditation!  We stand apart from our competitors with rigorous and pro-active hygiene standards, such as our unique sanitisation procedure for our hot drinks machines.   

We also make sure our site is safe for employees and visitors through the consistent cleaning schedules and routines we have in place. Our commitment in improving employee safety and reducing workplace risks is why we have successfully been recognised for this standard. 

ISO 45001 is our commitment to occupational health and safety.
