How we continue to monitor our customers’ experience.
Coinadrink recently designed a bespoke, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system that is tailored to suit our requirements in providing you with the very best experience. It was designed by our in-house IT team and continues to be monitored and updated for the purpose of our customer care team, who are able to view key information on our customers and their services. Our CRM system monitors our relationship with both our customers and potential customers, and we are able to track them throughout their entire journey with us starting from the very first touchpoint such as a website visit, phone call or receiving one of our e-shots. The transparency of the system means all departments who have access to it can view information in real time, so any faults that have been reported to us are dealt with in a timely manner. The CRM system was designed to enhance the user experience, to provide them with a service that is largely unrivalled elsewhere.

Coinadrink understand the importance of workplace refreshments, and we do everything we can to ensure our customers are rarely without. That’s why we endeavour to be at their location in under an average time of 2 hours should they encounter a fault with their machine, though last year we actually exceeded that figure to be on hand within 58 minutes! This is one of the fastest response times in the industry, and we are committed to getting you up, running and vending in no time.
