‘Get to know your customer’s day’ is something that always catches our eye. Our customers are extremely important to us at Coinadrink, and their trust means everything to us. We work hard to satisfy their demands with quality refreshments, and pledge to offer a standard of service that goes beyond the norm. It’s just one of the reasons why we’ve enjoyed 55 years of unparalleled success, but we’re always on the lookout for ways to improve. Customer service doesn’t stand still, which means neither do we.
We understand our customers.
Our 55 years has been centralised around a customer-centric approach, and we tailor our services to suit each individual business. Because of this, ‘knowing’ our customers is vital. We use our experience to make our recommendations based on a number of factors that include the industry of their business, the size of their business and the number of employees that work there. This could make a big difference as to whether we believe a tabletop or floor standing hot drinks machine could be the right solution, for example.
Our customer care team…
We see our customers as friends; people who have helped make our company what it is today. We have a three strong customer care team who regularly check in with the customer to enquire whether they are happy with the service that we are providing, or if there are any ways we could perhaps improve. Any queries or concerns are logged onto our bespoke system, and are dealt with in a prompt manner.
Our customer care surveys…
Towards the end of every year, we distribute our customer care surveys out to our customers. This gives them a great opportunity to get their voices heard, which in turn lets us know what we’re doing well and where we need to improve. As an incentive to encourage our customers to get involved, we pledge to donate to Acorns Children’s Hospice for every completed customer care survey we receive. Coinadrink have always held charities close to our heart, and the surveys allow us to tie in our good nature with our strong commitment to customer service.
