Every year, around November, we ask our customers to complete a Customer Care Survey and for every one we receive, a local charity benefits…
As a company, it’s always been our philosophy to take a regular, critical look at ourselves and our business. There’s no better way to do this than to ask the people who know us best – our customers – exactly what they think of us.
As an incentive, every year, for every completed survey, we donate £5 to charity.
Our chosen charity this is year is the amazing Acorns Children’s Hospice. Established in 1988, Acorns Children’s Hospice provides care for babies, children and young people from 0-18 with life limiting or life threatening conditions. It also offers support for their families. In the last year, Acorns has supported over 840 children and more than 1,060 families – including those who have been bereaved – across Birmingham, Coventry & Warwickshire, Walsall, Sandwell, Dudley, Wolverhampton, Worcestershire, Herefordshire, Gloucestershire, Staffordshire and Shropshire.
It’s great to be able to help out, our customers appreciate the fact that we consult them and the feedback they give us via the survey is massively important to us. Everybody wins!
This time, we sent out a record number of surveys, (6.2% up on 2015) and we saw a 4% increase in the number of responses – which is great news for Acorns. Complacency is a dirty word at Coinadrink and we assure you we’ll be chasing a full set of ‘perfect’ next term.
